This page provides an overview of the status of selected parent preferences and the Local Education Agency (LEA) completion of the Transportation Request Form (TRF) for eligible students for the upcoming 2025-2026 School Year (SY).

The submission of timely and accurate transportation requests by both the parent and LEAs is necessary for OSSE-DOT to appropriately plan and schedule bus routes for the upcoming school year. Parents are requested to initiate the process by July 11, 2025, which will allow LEAs the opportunity to complete the submission in a timely manner.

• Eligible represents the total number of students whose individualized education plan (IEP) or Section 504 eligibility requires transportation services.
• Cancelled represents the total universe of students whose parents have selected they will not need transportation for the school year. These students will not be transported by OSSE-DOT nor participate in the parent stipend program.
• Parent Stipend Program represents the total universe of students whose parents have selected to utilize the parent stipend program. These students will not be transported by OSSE-DOT.
• Pending Parent Submission represents the total universe of students whose parent has not submitted a transportation preference in the OSSE Parent Portal.
• Transportation Requested by Parent represents the total universe of students whose parent has selected to have OSSE-DOT provide transportation for their student.
• Pending LEA Submission represents the total universe of students where parents have completed their submission, but LEA has not yet submitted the student's transportation program details and required accommodations.
• TRF Complete/Ready to Route represents the total universe of students where the transportation request is fully completed (by parent and LEA).
